Today marks the beginning of Remembrance Week, a time to pause and reflect on the courage, service, and sacrifice of the men and women who have defended our freedoms.
The Remembrance Day services in Flinton, Denbigh, and Ivanhoe were held today. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Anita Ramski and Councillor Kevin McLaughlin for representing me at these important ceremonies.
As we approach November 11th, I encourage everyone to take a moment — attend a service, wear a poppy, share a story — and honour those who served, those who continue to serve, and the families who support them.
