Building Internship Program

Limestone District School Board students in the Building Construction Internship Program are building tiny homes in partnership with Habitat for Humanity in Amherstview. I’m grateful to Dan Fisher for the tour and the students for showing me and Tiffany Lloyd – LDSB Trustee for Greater Napanee their drywalling skills. This program is equipping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Thanks also to John Armitage, Shannon Tyner and Steve Hedderson for the hospitality.

Looking forward to seeing these houses complete and ready for move-in
