Heidi and I are in Quebec City, taking part in the 61st Canadian Regional Conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. I look forward to having valuable discussions with my colleagues from across Canada as well as from Scotland and Wales. It is essential that we work together on the challenges that unite us.
