Congrats Front and Centre Bakery

Celebrating the official opening of Front and Centre Bakery at their new location — 2068 County Road 1 in Newburgh (right at the top of the hill).

Owners Jason and Patricia Richard began their bakery journey in 2017 after learning their daughter had peanut and tree-nut allergies. What started as a way to create safe treats for their family quickly grew into something much bigger.

Today they’re known for their incredible butter tarts, along with brownies, squares, cookies, and custom-printed treats, with about 800 baked goods distributed each week to shops across the region.

Natalie, who joined her dad Jason in the photo and was working the cash today, currently runs the bakery’s social media. She’ll be heading to St. Lawrence College this fall to study business. Exciting times ahead!

The shop is currently open Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with additional hours as posted and more coming soon.

Congratulations to the whole family and team on this exciting new chapter, and if you haven’t tried their butter tarts yet, they’re absolutely worth it!
