Fairfield-Gutzeit House Restoration

Last week marked a significant milestone for Bath as we broke ground on the restoration of the Fairfield-Gutzeit House. I’m pleased to say that a $148,400 grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation plays a key role in preserving this architectural treasure.

My gratitude extends to everyone involved for helping safeguard Loyalist Township’s rich history for generations to come. I look forward to seeing the Fairfield-Gutzeit House post-renovation.
