I was excited to tour the Goodyear Napanee expansion with Associate Minister Sam Oosterhoff. The plant manager told us this incredible progress is all thanks to our skilled local workforce and their commitment to innovation—and despite uncertainty south of the border, Goodyear continues to thrive here, supported by our provincial government’s ongoing engagement.
Minister Oosterhoff also highlighted the importance of a stable, sustainable energy grid to power industries like this. I’m proud of our government’s commitment to bringing jobs and investment right here to Hastings–Lennox & Addington.
