Grand Opening of Tweed Accessible Playground

Celebrations are in order! Today, we marked the grand opening of the Accessible Playground in Tweed.

Deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to this fantastic project – our partners in government and community members. A big salute to Playground Committee Co-chairs Jim Hanna and Fred Albert, the committee members, the Kiwanis Club of Tweed, the Municipality of Tweed, and ABC Recreation Ltd for their relentless dedication.

Seeing the smiles at the Accessible Playground today is a testament to our community’s resilience and unity. Here’s to the memories that will be made at this new community gem!
