It’s official: the Hastings–Prince Edward HART Hub is operational today. We’re building a stronger, more connected system of mental health and addictions care that reflects local needs and focuses on lasting recovery, all in one place.

Services include: transitional supportive housing, expanded addictions supports, Indigenous community outreach, case management for concurrent disorders, drop-in & basic needs, client services, and episodic primary care (RN + NP) with expanded primary care access.
This Hub is part of Ontario’s $550 million investment in HART hubs across the province. Thank you to our HPE partners for getting this over the line and keeping care close to home.
