A significant step forward for road safety in our region.
Our government has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to redesign the intersection of Ontario Highway 7 and Ontario Highway 41 in Kaladar.
This intersection has seen far too many accidents and near-misses over the years, and moving into the design and engineering phase is an important step toward making it safer for everyone who travels through this area.
I want to thank Tony Fritsch, Addington Highlands Council, and Lennox & Addington County for their ongoing advocacy and partnership in moving this project forward.
