Proud to share that Lennox & Addington’s Community Paramedic Program has a new home at the Lenadco complex in Napanee. With Ontario Health funding—secured in partnership with L&A County General Hospital—the renovated Community Health Home now lets six full-time paramedics collaborate seamlessly with other health professionals.
This team delivers home visits, health-promotion clinics and post-discharge support to over 730 clients, easing pressure on our hospitals and ensuring neighbours with chronic conditions get the care they need—right where they live. Congratulations to County Council, Deputy Chief Paul Osborn and everyone involved in making this important upgrade possible!
