Major Public Transit Investments in Kingston Area

As Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Transportation, I was pleased to join local leaders in Kingston to announce major investments to enhance public transit across Cornwall, Kingston, Peterborough and Trent Hills. This initiative, part of our government’s nearly $70 billion investment in transit, will not only modernize our transportation network but also spur economic growth for decades.

• Funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program

This collaborative effort between the Government of Ontario, the Government of Canada, and local municipalities will bring essential improvements including new buses, bus shelters, and much more. It’s all about making daily commutes more convenient, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone!
