Good news for eastern Ontario: 63 new 5G cell towers are now live in 31 communities—from Kingston and Hastings-Lennox & Addington to Muskoka and the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan.
This expansion is part of EORN’s $300 million Cell Gap Project, funded equally by the provincial and federal governments (with additional support from local municipalities) and Rogers Communications. It also includes upgrades to 311 existing sites with state-of-the-art 5G equipment.
