The City of Belleville announced the signing of Dr. Ukemeobong Michael Uwah into the Belleville Doctor Recruitment Program. Dr. Uwah has just started his practice at the Great Lakes Walk-In Clinic in Belleville where he will roster his own patients and see walk-in clients.
