OCIF Funding for 20 municipalities in HL&A

The Ontario government is providing $7,314,839 to help renew and rehabilitate local infrastructure for municipalities in Hastings – Lennox & Addington. The funding is being delivered through the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF) and is part of the government’s overall investment of $400 million in 2023.

It’s wonderful to see this OCIF amount coming, with an increase that our Municipalities can use for their coming municipal infrastructure projects. As a former Municipal leader, I know the hard work that Municipalities do to keep their residents safe and healthy. This OCIF funding will go a long way to help support that work.
