Big news for Municipality of Tweed!
Today I was pleased to announce that Ontario is investing up to $821,250 to upgrade Tweed’s water treatment plant through the Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program – Health and Safety Water Stream.
My thanks to Mayor Don DeGenova, Council, municipal staff, and the Ontario Clean Water Agency for their partnership and hard work on this project. A a big thank you to FordNation and Todd McCarthy for their leadership on this.
This is an important investment in Tweed’s future — supporting families, farms, and local businesses for years to come.
