Processor Links Connecting Farmers to Abattoirs

As the impact of the devastating fire that has occurred at Quinn’s Meats in Yarker is felt throughout our local farming community, in particular the Enright Family, my office would like to express our condolences and acknowledge the stress of the loss of local processing capacity adds to our regional farming industry.

We wanted to share a resource that may offer some assistance to local producers in the hopes it would be useful while the Enrights look into options to rebuild their operations as quickly as possible.

Processor Links’ online dashboard can help connect farmers with available processing space at provincial abattoirs. It helps farmers and abattoirs work together to provide our community with farm-to-table meat products.
