Tuesday’s groundbreaking for Providence Manor is a heartening step towards enhancing long-term care in Kingston.
With 77 new and 243 upgraded beds, it’s not just a facility, but a home, offering a resident care environment where individuals can comfortably meet friends and family. This project is a testament to thoughtful planning, including a YMCA daycare with intergenerational programming and a public veterans lounge, nurturing a sense of community and connection.
A heartfelt thanks to Minister Stan Cho PA John Jordan, MPP Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston MPP Steve Clark, CEO Cathy Szabo, and Board Chair Michelle Podhy for their vision and commitment.
