I had a wonderful time at Thurlow Housing Corporation’s 40th anniversary celebration in Foxboro today. Since 1985, Thurlow Court has provided affordable, independent seniors’ housing with dignity and accessibility, including recent upgrades like the new elevator. Pleased to join Council in thanking the board, staff, residents, and community partners for four decades of commitment to safe, stable housing.
