Working for Workers

With our new #WorkingForWorkers package, we are bringing better training, better jobs, and bigger paychecks to more workers and women in the trades. Included are:

• A new job-protected parental leave for adoptive parents and parents through surrogacy

• A new long-term illness leave in Canada for those unable to work due to serious medical conditions

• Expanded requirements for properly fitting PPE for women and workers of diverse body types
